CANCELLATIONS

​

The greatest benefit from therapy is gained when attendance is regular.  However, situations may occur when you are not able to attend a session.  In such circumstances please let me know with good notice.  If a counselling session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, you are expected to pay the full fee for the missed session.  I aim to give you as much notice as possible if I need to cancel a session.
